  • FRO question

I was just wondering if you signed to refuse FRO but feel now that you want to get them involved, does anyone know what steps you need to do?

You need to re-file with them (there's a form you can print from their website) and pay the $50 fee.

Though personally, I wouldn't get involved with them unless absolutely necessary... your last resort. This is based on personal experience dealing with them.

Is it just for child support? Does it cover things like Daycare?

They can enforce payment of section 7 expenses IF your court order stipulates same.... and IF said section 7 expenses are a set monthly/annual amount.

FRO can be frustrating... and it can take them some time to get moving on enforcement... but they are the only means to achieve enforcement if the CS payor is deliquent with his/her payments.
