  • Filing a motion question

I need to file a motion and the mother is self representing. She is no where to be found right now. Can a motion for access be served via email (at her request) as previous documents sent to her have been ?

    Thank you

Wow that is a hard one, did you try 411.ca you might find her address that way. Depends if she is listed or not though.

No you can't use email. Is this an ongoing case? If so, send it to the address on her paperwork from the Case Conference. It is considered recieved 7 days after mailing.
