  • Notice to the Defendant

Hoping someone can give me advice on an action I received for "Statement of Claim for Divorce and Division of Matrimonial Property"

I only have 15 days to dispute any of the claims from the date of service.
If I dispute some of her claims for income and grounds that she lied about, do they have to re-submit the action?
Hoping for an answer because I don't have a lawyer yet!!

you have to submit an answer.......if your answer claims that she falsified court documents do you have proof to back up your claim......are you talking thousands or hundreds of dollars......reason I ask that question is you need to weigh out factors.......thousands maybe worth fighting
a few hundred bucks will cost you that in headaches and BS to fight for it......
at the end of the day in your heart of hearts is the fight goign to be worth it? and can you withstand the time obligation it will take to complete
