There's only a 2% chance you will get to trial. No matter how conflicted you think you are, the odds are astronomical that you will not go there.
But keep presenting and moving/pressing that way and you will reach settlement. That is the best place to focus your energy. Not researching whether voice mail or email is allowed at trial.
Once you're in court, one of the best things you can do for your family is get the hell out of court. In the face of disagreement move the matter forward towards trial at every stage.

Recording is helpful, however keep it in a safe place. My EX broke in the matrimonial home 3 times. Took all my audio proof and much more.... ugly story. Find a safe. or safe place that no one knows for all your records, especially in High Conflict cases.
