Ok, so, first, hello, this is my first post.
On Feb 1, I can go to the courthouse and file for my divorce. The woman on the phone told me that I have to file, then it gets sent wherever to be processed with a minimum of 6-8 weeks, and then they get it ready for a judge to sign.
My question is, how long will it be before its final? I know the papers give you a date, and then you go and pick up your divorce certificate after the 31 days so you can remarry. My fiance and I want to get married before he leaves to go on tour, sometime near the end of April/beginning of May. I don't even know if this is a feasable attempt or not...
