contested divorce

so, my wife and I have been talking/fighting the past week and she said...

"i will not give you a divorce, when we married i meant it and u are stuck with me!"

what the hell does this possiblly mean for me??? i dont care about geting remarried,

does this effect us if we get separated? what if she doesnt want a separation agreement???
curious about paying of split custody, possible spousal// how does this proceed if she wants to be difficult??

This is not her decision about divorce or not. First of all, 1) divorce 2) Support 3) access and custody these three are separate issues. You can file divorce and bring a motion, asking for "sever the divorce from the corollary issues".

Be prepared.

Make sure you stay in the house, with the kids, sleeping in the basement if necessary (exactly what I did for two years). Establish that you are co-parenting even though you are physically separated.

Keep your mouth shut about divorce, but start setting yourself up to declare legal separation, while you are physically present with the kids and able to parent.

eeek.... that sounds fun!
hopefully me going to counselling will ease her mind of me "running away"

truths.... i dont care about her anymore, and she has a drug habit i can no longer tolerate or live with...sure, she wants to try and fix things now that i have had enough.....but its just too late...
