  • Case Conference: is it a go????

I have not recieved a confirmation from my ex's lawyer stating if they will be there for Case Conference tomorrow. Should I have recieved it or shall I go to the Family Law counter prior to the conference to see if indeed they filed the confirmation with the court?

Yes, you should go. They might try to walk it in and if you're not there, that won't look good.

I am most definitely going to be there, that was never in question. I was merely wondering because I have not heard from them, will they be there?!!! My assumption is that they will, but it just goes to show me the lack of disrespect that they have not only been showing me but for the justice proceedings as a whole of which I plan on making note of to the court.

well look at it this way, it looks bad for them for wasting court and your time.
