why do you start these threads........if you are on here for legit help from people that have been there then okay but if you are here to light unfounded fires then I think you should go away.......next thing we will read is you are filing for divorce with and extra of domestic violence

I was never abused in my previous marriage nor in this one....again assumptions on your part. In one post you say your children are in their 20s......Canadaian law states they are adults not children anymore.......now you have disabled child........sweeter by the moment.......as I have said before far from bitter in life........bitter from the way you are trying to abuse our already overrun court system in Canada and not to mention your ex husband.
If you actually read the subtopics you would see there is place for Domestic Violence and so on.......it is separated as such for easy navigation for all

I dont know where you are getting your information however for a marriage that was exercised in Ontario you have to obtain a divorce from Ontario regardless of where you live. The still wife of my current CLS lives in Newfoundland and cannot obtain a divorce without her returning therefore we are waiting for the seven calendar years to pass and he can divorce her in absentia......and never see her again........btw a legal separation means really nothing......I never had one and was able to still obtain my final divorce decree
