Questions:

I have a case conference scheduled for Jan 8 2010.
I have not servered the case papers yet.

1. What is the latest I can serve them ( I know I have 30 days ) not sure how it works with the holidays and all.

2. How soon after I serve them do I have to register the Afadivit of service?

3. Is it OK for ME to serve the papers of do I have to pay a process server?
