Long Story short, been laid off since dec2008 didnt know when I was going to go back to work so I didnt have the support changed that I pay to change it again in 3 mths time, now that Im going through second careers for the next 2 yrs Im getting half of what I was making on ei, so can i go back on the last yr for making full payments and receive any back my cc cards racked up due to me paying 680 when i could be paying 350! so I have to get my papers sworned too but theres a spot for synopsis to explain your side, Im doing it myself since legal aid send they cant do it for me since its something you can do on your own, do i put that im asking for the difference of the past yr to be put ahead as a credit so I can recover my debt issues with the cc cards??? plus i have a daughter with my new wife do i list her on there under all dependants even if not include in the previous document im assuming yes,

I'm sorry to hear about your layoff. My husband has been in the same predicament... still is.
Unfortunately, anything you've paid in child support (even if you had to beg, borrow and steal to get the money) is gone. You will not see that money back. The court will simply say "well, you paid, so you were able to pay... so there's no need to change anything." At least that is what happened to my husband.
Your best bet is to start a motion to re-evaluate your child support payments, file a financial statement, cross your fingers, and hope for the best!
