Keep the case conference focused on access and your desire to keep it increasing until 50%.
Stress how time is of an issue and that you will not delay.
Come to an agreement if possible, then book your settlement conference date. Don't let the other side delay or book another case conference.

Once the case conference is complete, speak with a lawyer and prepare for a motion.

Ex will focus on your income, getting disclosure, and why you shouldn't have more access. The case conference is quick so don't let them run the clock. Ignore feelings or anything other than facts. Focus on access and your desire to bring a motion immediately to keep it increasing. This may entice them to come to some interim agreement and prolong the motion. Any issues ex has, she can bring a motion for that, as you will for your 50% parenting time.
