Form 23C

In 23C are you able to attach exhibits like in a regular affidavit? I have to get it all ready to go and I would like to provide as much info to the court. Also, do I file copies of the order I'd like and the stamped envelops along with the FRO paperwork?

With my own personal experience -- I always attached Exhibits to Affidavits. This way the Exhibit is sworn to be a true copy which you can always refer. Additionally, make a copy of the sworn exhibit and file as a "SCHEDULE" to your form 23.
