  • Form 14B, Laws and Rules on which you are relyin

Hi, I am filling out 14B to file with the courts as the ex has not responded to the Motion to Vary the support

I need help with locating laws and rules to place in the form to help the judge make the decision to grant the reduction/suspension in CS until I can find employment (currently no income and do not qualify for EI). Also, the ex has moved in with a partner in dec 2008, so I am looking to stop the SP which is to finish summer 2010.

Also, should I check off the box that asks the judge to rely on written material or in a hearing

Also, when filing 14B should I also include a sworn affidavit with proof of my looking for employment

any assistance would be greatly appreciated
