My exs lawyer has sent me a notice of motion. I have to respond which form do I need to fill out and file. She sent Form #14 Notice of Motion form Can anybody lead me in the right direction. I had a lawyer which cost me a lot of money I can no longer pay her so I have to do this one onmy own can anyone help me

Which court is this filed in Ontario or Superior?
Is it just a motion or a motion to Change form that was sent to you?
