It is common for the payer of CS and or SS to have to provide security in the form of life insurance. If you have life insurance through work that might cover it.
I don't understand what you are trying to ask about medical benefits.

Are you able to take care of the kids when they are sick?

she has the benifits threw her work but she wants me to get my own because it will cost me alot because its private iv been quoted as high as 340 per month for her and the two kids

and yes i did take care of the kids when they were sick

i dont think its right that her and her husband would get my life insuance when i die i would rather let a family member alocate the funds

The life insurance makes sure your kids are housed and fed if something happens to you. It takes the place of CS. Don't forget, they are YOUR kids, not her new husband's.

As for the medical insurance, that is something you need to talk to your Lawyer about.
