  • Corporate Expenses - What is to be included as income?

Is there any posts or someone who has a corporation and is dealing with determining his/her income for child support payments?

    thanks

I take it the person in question does not just take a salary from the business??

It is the money you pay yourself from your corporation and which appears on your personal income tax return that is used for CS purposes.

Obviously, a corporate owner has the discretion to alter the amount he/she pays oneself to manage their personal income tax situation, and so a review of the corporate financial statements would be in order to ensure that everything is above board.
