I have just let my Lawyer go, due to him not really getting me anywhere. I have decided to go to the Case Conf alone, but I was wondering if anyone can help out on how to bring the Bio father into this.
What froms do I need to fill out and serve him so that he is envolled in this case. My ex only but me on the court papers. She was trying to go after me for for FULL CS but we had an sep agrem done up stating that I pay 350 a mth. I have missed many mths but have started paying again due t the fact that this is court bound.
What she is looking for now is Back support for the mths that I have missed and also wants me to pay for half of the braces she has put on her Child. I was never informed or ask if I would help cover this cost AND for this reason I want the BIO dad involed cause if she tries to get more $$$ from me for other stuff I think its only Fair that he pays too
Will she be intitled to Back Support from him since he has never paid a dime and will a judge order only me to pay BS and not him?? I wonder
Not sure how or what papers I would need to inform him of this court issue
