  • Returning to court, to change court order

    Long story short (possibly)
I moved from Ottawa, to Petawawa, in august, my son's father didn't like it much but didn't dispute it either. Since then, we agreed to meet in the middle, but for the most part, he was working or couldn't get the car etc...
The one time we did meet, on his returning of my son he was 2 hours late, leaving us waiting and worried at a gas station...
My son doesn't want to go much and would rather just see his dad in the summer, his dad calls me names and it stresses my son out.
I filed to change the court order to sole custody and change the access, but can anyone tell me whether it will be a tough battle or not. I do not want to live in Ontario for the rest of my son's childhood, nor does my son, (hes a very wise 7)
Can he force me back to Ottawa, with no place to go and no drivers license?
Any advice would be muchly appreciated.
I already have a court date booked, and just need to serve the papers.
    Thanks in advance
