    They are briefs. Just tell the judge or bring the new brief to the conference and provide a copy to the judge and other party. If you know ahead of time just serve a new brief on the other party.

    Only if the change is material...

    Conferences are about resolving procedural issues and possibly settling things that can be settled to narrow the scope of motions and trials.

    If a conference is scheduled, whether its a case conference, settlement conference or trial management, and a brief is subsequently submitted as required, what is the process to make alterations to the brief if something changes after the brief was submitted? Would it be a simple Affidavit with the new information?
