Can someone please confirm few things for me.
I want to divorce my partner, married for few years no kids no property.
Do I need to separate first and then file for divorce?
Or I can find a lawyer file for divorce and move out?

I think you'll find lots of really useful info to get started here:

      Fair warning:
There are many many lawyers out there that will tell you that you can get more.
They will tell your ex the same thing.
The lawyers just want the work.
Sometimes I swear that all lawyer/client communication should be in writing or recorded.

Originally you were both happy with the settlement and it was not grossly unfair but all it takes is one of you listening to the devil on your shoulder to throw everything off the rails.
