Are Courts in Ontario accepting submission of divorce papers at the court clerk desk now? In other words, can I just take my completed divorce forms and submit them in person in the court house in my city? Thanks.

It depends on your local court - this is the Notice to the Profession from the SCJ, scroll down to tie region (and family court if available locally) to find out. In my area filing should be done electronically.

It also gives the numbers to call for free info on procedures from a lawyer thy is not income-limited (I’ve heard there is a 24-48 hour turn-around until they call you back.
