We settled!! I gave somewhat more $$$ than I would have liked but now my kids see it and not lawyers, and it keeps the dirty laundry out of the public record.

Ha. I thought I was done when we settled on the eve of trial. It was made super clear him that he wouldn’t win. We negotiated 2 days and settled everything. Less than a year later, he opened it allllllll up again and is trying to have the settlement agreement thrown out. He wants legal custody of a 19year old and a 17 year old even though he doesn’t see them and hasn’t seen them since he kicked both of them out. Insanity.
