Restraining Order

My ex wife and I have a mutual restraining order which we both agreed to. We have been seeing each on a regular basis and have even gone away for a weekend together. We plan to keep seeing each other. What is the status of the restraining order if we are both doing this willingly?

Fix,

Technically both parties could be found in contempt of the restraining court order which is quasi criminal. The onus is to prove wilful.

It may be a good idea for both parties to bring forth a consent motion to strike the order.
