During many searches looking for a template for a Offer to Settle or a template for a Final Minutes of Settlement I came up empty handed. I then pondered about brute forcing a form 14a to make it editable and even thought about asking our government for the password. After realizing how long both these solutions would take and even then may never work.
I then decided I would just build one from ground up using one I had been sent via fax that I believe to be created through DivorceMate software, which my own lawyer does not have.
The template I had created is fully editablebut in its current form is for Ontario and a Final Minutes of Settlement.
Hope some people can find this useful.

The difference?
It is suttle but, important. When you say you are self-represented judges will often see that as a choice. When you say you are "unrepresented" you are telling the court you would like representation but, can't afford it. You standing there alone in the courtroom is not by choice but, a result of the financial costs of having full representation.
Self-represented identified litigants usually get stern statements from the judge. Unrepresented lititgants get more liniency. (In my observation.)

Divorce Timing - Where no property and child support involved
Hello,
I am not sure if i am in right thread.
I am separated from my Wife for 10 months. There was no understanding between us so I decide to get separated. She was threatening me that she would do suicide or she would call a police. Luckily She went to Vancouver in October and then immediately after i applied for a divorce.
Now her Lawyer came with allegations in March, 2021 that i slapped her in June 2020 and I took $36000 from her parents that is not true. Also she is asking for $100,000 and monthly support of $3500.
In reply my lawyer send them email in May, 2021 and ask for proof of everything. But after that I have not heard anything nothing from my Lawyer. What would be next?
Do I still need to give her support and all that money she asked for? How long you think it will take to get the divorce.
Could you please reply.
Thanks

How do you open or download the zip files attached to this thread? I tried various ways and it still ends up stating 'corrupt' file.
Best wishes

Thanks for the info! I used that from a form that I was given by Legal Aid, so I thought it would be standard. But your point makes 100% sense.

Mine also included the date and also place ( city, etc.) of signature.
Also, if you are self repping it may not be accepted by the Judge without a Certificate of ILA included.
