Court request that I prepare Order

Help the court asked me to prepare an order as a result of an interim application I made. I have some notes of the court proceedings and a good idea of what is to be in the order. I never prepared one before.

I'm not too familiar with NS procedures, but I did a basic search to see what I could find:

NS Family court forms can be found here:

I would think you would require the hand written Judges endorsement page from the continuing record for starters.
