What is that clause called when a parent is absent more than 4 hours away from the child not due to work or anything normal. Then the other parent can pick up the child. I've seen a thread about it long ago but just cant find it. I need to learn about it. Anyone?

That's called the S7 after hours nanny that my friend has to pay for so his ex can go on boots calls.

(he signed off on vague acceptance of a nanny for s7, and suddenly got stuck with all this overtime when ex left child alone overnight with the nanny)

Would make sense that both you and your ex have this clause in place, particularly as your child has serious health issue.
