Is a Master the same as a Justice?

Yes. I think Masters are 'higher up' Or have more experience or something.

Hi, does anyone know what form to use when appealing to amend a court order made by a Justice in court of queens bench Alberta?
I see 3 forms on their website:
Appeal of Masters judgement or order form23
Appeal of review officers decision form 43
Appeal of assessment officers decision form 46

They don't make it easy, and I only have 5 days, 2 of which gone with weekend.
