  • STBX provided a 'Notice of A Change in Rep' and emailing me and OCL anyway..

    Hello community,

    Its been a while.

My STBX has a new lawyer as per the notice of change in representation that I received.

Despite this, she is still communicating to me via email regarding matters pertaining to the divorce.

Should I not only now be speaking to her lawyer ?

Yes I would be inclined to communicate directly with her lawyer. She might merely be trying to 'hook and bait' and will likely turn everything over to her lawyer anyhow. If you do communicate with her, keep in mind that everything you write may end up in court.

What fun to run up her legal bills! (You could respond to her queries by simply addressing all of them to her lawyer).

Communicating with her is fine just include WITHOUT PrEJUDICe and it cant be used in court. However if you want something admitted in court then dont use without prejudice
