If you are asking for a date for a case conference is there a set amount of time you have to wait for a reply for available dates. And if you don't hear back from opposing counsel can you set up a case conference through the court house or do you have to rely on the other sides co-operation??

We are in the process of this and frankly aren't expecting any reply since we haven't yet to any other of our requests, I'm just wondering where we might stand if we encounter this...

I assume by your comment that you made a formal request to the other party for availability. However, they have yet to get back to you and may be avoiding the subject. Common sense prevails. It only takes a minute or two to verify ones calender. With that said, it appears that they are rejecting your request. Therefore, go ahead and schedule a case conference with the Registrar and serve the associated paperwork for such on them. The onus is on them to show up. If this occurs, you might be able to obtain your costs for the case conference.
