I am preparing my factum, obtaining evidence, and completing my Notice of Motion and Affidavit as required. The Rules stipulate that a Financial Form 13 must be completed or an affidvit signed saying no change in your circumstance.
1) Do I fill out Form 13 and acknowledge the court ordered support payments and the debt payable to the ex for equalization, ie fill out the today column. Or do I only fill out the valuation day column?
