  • FRO positive experience.

Court order signed and sent to FRO.
    Received my case number.
    Received my pin.
Received the paperwork to complete and sent it back July 2nd.
First CS payment was processed July 29th and in my bank account July 30th.
FRO had even contacted me once to clarify something I had filled in incorrectly in the paperwork, and another time to update me on the progress of my case.
( the CS is deducted from his pay check...)

After reading about negative interactions with FRO I was apprehensive and convinced I was in for some issues, but I was impressed with how my case was handled.

Congrats on getting that straightened away.

Now you know that FRO caused your earlier belief that your husband was being non-compliant in paying CS.

Hopefully you won't hold that against him, as it was not his fault, but FRO's.

      Nice to hear, Aloof.

I have also had good luck with them, they return my calls promptly and seem to get things done.... And I have to call them often.

X constantly stays a few months behind and just pays what he feels like when he feels like it.

Anyone know at what point they'd just take the CS from his income source instead of doing this monthly/bi-monthly run-around?

        hi Qrious.
I am not sure when they would just take the CS from income..
it was automatically done by FRO.
        STBX never had an option.
