    If it wasn't signed by the other party then it doesn't fall under any enforcement by the family law rules. It will look bad when the judge assesses costs.

    Was it a formal offer to settle under (I believe) Rule 18 of the FLR?

    What were the terms (ie: this offer must be accepted within X amount of days)?

    an offer made is it enforceable

    the ex had made an offer through her lawyer but i cant remember if she signed it. if not is it still acceptable in the courts. i have accepted it but she now says its a no go.
    i dont have a copy of the letter and am waiting to here back from my lawyer
