Separation Agreement

Hi,

Is there a time limit when a separation agreement can be written up?

I.e. do we have to be separated for a certain number of months or can we draw up an agreement anytime?

We have actually been apart for about seven months now.

You can do it the same day you split up, although I would recommend some sober second thought.
