Default joint property garnishment

say worst comes to worst you're not able to pay any CS and FRO goes after your property and assets. If you are signed on mortgage with family, let's say your parents .. would they go after the house and force the family to sell the home to take money from you? as cruel as it sounds ?

Soiled is on a distinguished road

Alberta MEP looks to have that ability, third party seizure, so I would imagine FRO would have similar abilities, though glancing through their website on enforcement actions it doesn't make specific mention of it.
MEP can seize debtor assets (e.g., vehicles) and sell them to satisfy child or spousal support arrears.
Seizure of Third-Party Assets
Some debtors may try to shelter assets or income in someone else’s name to avoid paying child or spousal support. In these cases, MEP can apply for a court order allowing seizure of sheltered assets or income.

arabian will become famous soon enough

MEP and FRO have escalating collection procedures. However, they often have in place a property registry claim which would prevent you from transferring title or selling property.
