School bus and lunch fees section 7?

Could anybody please be able direct me to a legal link /information where I can find specific information about section 3 and section 7 expenses?
Is school bus and lunch fees considered section 7 expenses or they are covered by child support? I am trying to figure this out.

Do you have off set or full table? What is your ex's income with cs? What is the total monthly cs paid? What is the cost monthly and annually?

There isnt a link for a list. Its a grey area. Most of the time these things arent s7. If you make six figures and your ex is on welfare theyre argued as s7. If you pay a pile of cs and the exs income is mid level its not.

If your ex is willing to waste more money on court than these fees then they are crazy.
