Is there any penalty for not doing an offer to settle?
Children's Aid is now involved and plan to come to court and make a recommendation to the judge directly. I am now asking for supervised access.
I don't really have an offer to settle for more then supervised as right now it isn't an appropriate choice, and really I think that if CAS is talking directly to the judge chances are the judge is going to go based on what CAS is asking for even though its not a CAS case.
Do I still have to make an offer to settle?
