Default Comments by judge

I would like to know how one can dispute judge's comments appearing in an inscription during a motion.

For instance, our judge didn't read a final order and included comments that are wrong from a factual point of view.

These comments are being used by the other party.

I know there is a form "Disputing Approval of Order for orders", but what can I do for written comments?

Thank you.
