Default Can I include Final Minutes of Settlement in an affidavit

I'm scheduled for Assignment Court today.

At this point if the Trail Date is set for months away, I need to submit an Interim Motion for Child Support....Does anyone know if, in my affidavit I can include the Final Minutes of Settlement signed by my ex stating that he agrees he owes arrears and CS going forward? I refused to sign this document and have since submitted a revised copy to his lawyer.

There is no order set yet and the only thing holding us up and sending us to trial is that the Final Minutes did not include Special Expenses, the time he wants to take to repay the arrears and that he does not want his payments registered with fro.

In the Motion, I am only asking for CS effective immediately.
I just need to know if I can submit, what I consider his "admission" (the original minutes) in with my affidavit.
