  • Lump some of child suport paymant.

    Hi

I'm a single father of a 16 years old boy,I have a joint custody of my son ,and I'm the primary caregiver to him.

In 2012 she paid me a lump some of money for to be used for the care of our son(120K) from the sale of the home.(she was not working at the time).
We bout had a lawyer. we negotiated a "minutes of settlement" and went to Ontario Court of Justice,to get an order.
My lawyer deposited the founds to the Accountant of the Superior Court of justice as a child support for my son, accordance whit the Order.

Now I like to take some founds out the first time. But I have problem!!
According to the Accountant office I need a court order to have any of the fonds to be released.

And the Order have to be from the Superior Court.

I have no more money for the lawyer. (10K).Now I'm unemployed.

    My question is:
Do I have to start a new court case.
Is my ex have to be involved in this?

I really appreciate any help i can get here.

    Jozsef
