My ex and i have 50/50 joint shared custody in the form of week on / week off. She was the sole provider and i was the stay at home dad until just before separation, she took a one year leave of absence from work, declaired bankruptcy, removed everything from the matrimonial home and I am unable to support myself let alone my child. Can I qualify for spousal and chld support?
