I know that the punishment for contempt is quite severe and that courts usually do not want to go to that extent, however.... I was wondering at what point would the court system actually DO something about my ex repeatedly breaking court order. I have long lists of denied access throughout the years and when I bring it to court nobody seems to even look at them. She has NOT denied me my kids for any long duration, shes just not following our court order and just does as she wishes. Moved without my consent out of the region which our court order dictates we stay living in. Changed kids school without my consent (2nd time now). Denies access here and there. We DO have joint custody. She is now planning to change pickup time saying children will be a little bit later coming home from new school , but refuses to extend visitation time accordingly.
Do I have any chance of this making a good case in front of a judge? We were just in court about 9mo ago and the judge was already quite upset with her mostly for bringing such ridiculous things to court.
Thanks
