I am the respondent and my daughters mother is the applicant. However I am the moving party for the contempt motion, and her side is the ones that requested to the judge for this to go to trial.
The 30 day mark for the applicant to serve me any trial documents has passed. Do I then prepare everything that was supposed to be submitted by the applicant? Or because I am the moving party originally was I supposed to do the original filing....I am very confused.
My ex is failing to provide me with written material now that she has lost her lawyer. She has not filed anything in relation to the contempt trial, and for our motion to change she was given deadline dates at the last appearance and has failed to follow those deadlines and file anything.
