Motion Hearing? WHat to expect

Hello again. So i was at my DRO hearing and asked to ammend my claim so I was told to go to the Trial Managemnet coordinators office to book a Motion Hearing. What is this and what can I expect there? I have mine on Feb. 9 at 930....
