Just a quick question regarding the good old social media world of Facebook. Is pictures printed off of facebook showing the OP working, posted by the other party, useable in court if I were to print them off of the OP's Facebook page? OP was 'apparently not working' but posted pictures of self working on facebook (and working very hard). So can I use it? Please say yes Will the judge use it?

No idea what the legal answer is but I seriously doubt it given that you've absolutely no way to prove when the photo was taken, all you have is the date that it was posted and when someone else SAYS it was taken. I would think that it wouldn't be particularly helpful to what appears to be a rather spiteful case against him without a sworn affidavit from the person who took/posted the pictures. But I could be wrong.

I remember just recently where there was a case where a person said they couldn't work due to an accident and were sueing a company. Thru the use of investigators and what they called "social media" (I figure they meant facebook) they won their case that the person could work and the accident didnt affect their quality of life as they were claiming.

Standing on the Sidelines- that's the thing I am trying to show the courts. I know he has been working (and very hard), he posted these pictures up and tagged them, yet he is "off of work" due to illness and can not work and is therefore about $12,000 behind on CS

I am thinking that it was a combination of the investigator and social media that helped the case i was mentioning.

You may fee as though I am being spiteful, I can't change that. I am not going to hand out my entire story to make you feel different either. I do hope however, we can mingle a bit better down the road on posts and try to not read each other so wrong
Maybe it is your own personal experiences that lead to believe I am being spiteful to try to screw over.
In reality, I just want to nail - him- to the wall

I would smile too if my ex did the same thing.

Not saying what he's doing isn't wrong.
None of that information was provided in the first post, which did come across as spiteful, especially given the smiley she chose to punctuate her post. She did then go on to confirm that was indeed the case in her last post, she claims not to be spiteful at the same time declaring she wants to 'nail him to the wall'.
You can't suck & blow at the same time.
