Wacky New Age Religion

HI,
My husbands ex wife is going to this new "church" where they do palm readings and psychic readings. It sounds really weird and she is making their 2 children attend with her. What rights does my husband have? (Note: they live clear across the country (she moved away with the kids) but on paper they have joint custody).

The way the courts see it... parents should jointly agree on 1 religion according to which the child to be raised... but either parent has the right to take the child to a church of their faith when the child is with them. At least that is how the judge explained it in our case. So if she wants to have the children attend her "church" with her... your husband cannot do much about it. However, if she tries to change the chidren's religion/faith, your husband can contest it in court, as his agreement was not obtained.
