I am getting myself confused, so hopefully someone can set me straight.
I am the respondent and was served a motion to change a final order. I responded and her lawyer then asked for 2 months to prepare documents. As I disagreed with a lot of the information in her documents. She included a Form 35.1 for change to primary residence of our older child
I asked for Sole custody (of our younger child) in my response, due to a number of reasons (other threads cover this)
We now have a Case Conference coming up and I was including all information in my Conference Brief - Do I also need to submit my own version of Form 35.1 with the Conference brief? as all details are in the Conference Brief.
My understanding is the Case Conference is more informal to see if we can come to agreement, rather than a formal motion (which requires form 35.1)?
Can someone please correct me if I am wrong and need to submit the Form 35.1 as well.
(I am self-representing) and it is not clear which way is correct.
