I have just been hit with a 20% cut in my pay.Trying to get the ex to agree to also take a 20% cut in pay is like pulling teeth.I was under the understanding that extra curricular activities were part of this ungoddly figure these people came up with in the federal support quidelines.Or even if I am paying full support and she is earning $55,000.00 plus per year am I still obligated to cover this on a pro rated basis.

The only way to get a reduction in support is to go back to court and have the order changed. Sounds like you wont be able to get the ex to agree on mutual consent.

Yes, extracurricular activities are considered an expense above tabled child support. They are called Section 7 Expenses and you obligated to contribute your share of these.
