  • access disruption / motion during OCL investigation

OCL is investigation has been in progress and other parent has decided to unilaterally reduce the status quo that has been in place for over a year. the status quo is not in court order but agreed upon in writing, i.e., emails.

I have heard courts don't like changing status quo during OCL investigations. So we are filing a motion to main status quo while OCL investigates.

Anyone have any experience or thoughts on this ?
