i'm thinking of bringing forward a motion for school christmas holidays access, i.e., splitting the two weeks
my order does not have any holiday schedule but has a clause that other times can be agreed upon
christmas holidays were completely denied originally and the agreed upon wednesday visits that fell on christmas and new years in 2014 were all changed up and cancelled
last year when I requested this in writing, I was given some time in small blocks but those times did not include christmas eve.day or newyears eve.day
I would like to get everyones oponion on this
I am going for joint-custody on a motion to change and am wondering whether this would be seen as something that could be used against me joint custody - is it better for me to just accept whatever she offers as we go through the courts or would I have better chances on a motion?
I would also request international travel rights and access to the childs password, etc, on this motion
I may need to bring forward a motion regardless to have records released to me directly and so I think it might make sense to slip this into that motion
