Is a travel trailer considered a matrimonial home

Hi looking for a second opinion on this trying to make a settlement with my ex but have a question about a travel trailer my mother left me in her will. Ex’s lawyer says it’s a matrimonial home but it was given to me out of her estate. Is she entitled to half of this? Thanks to anyone who responds.

To me the said item is a recreation vehicle. However, gifts from estates are excluded from net equalization. Get a copy of the last will and keep it handy.
